If you are having trouble tracking shipments through seller Central or WFS we will assist you in anyway possible, we are committed to providing you with best possible customer service.
Return Services
Every piece of inventory that passes through Redline Prep & Ship receives a thorough inspection, if damaged or broken or just incorrect you will receive notice ASAP. If your needing to return inventory to the source, you are only charged a return fee if the client or VA ordered the incorrect item. You are never charged for returning or exchanging damaged or incorrect inventory if its not fault of the client. Additionally, if you would ever like inventory shipped to your residence - we are able to do that too! Just send us over a pre-paid shipping label, or we will pick the best shipping option and send the items directly to you while the fees are added to your next invoice.
